Because payment at wearefarin.com can be made using a card, we are particularly concerned about security. When you pay by card, your card details are sent to your bank's payment system. This communication is encrypted, so that no unauthorized person has access to the information sent.

In order for the goods to reach you, we need your name and postal address. For order confirmation via e-mail, we also need your e-mail address. This information is stored in our customer register, to which only wearefarin.com employees have access to.
We do not pass on your information
The information you provide is never given or sold on to third parties. They will only be used in wearefarin.com contact with you. If you wish, you can be deleted from the customer register by notifying us by e-mail.
You also have the right to be informed about what has been registered about you. If the information is incorrect, incomplete or not relevant, you can request that it be corrected or deleted.
Shipping and returns
Shipping:
Norwegian shipping through the post office starts from NOK 23. The freight is calculated based on weight.
If you have a request outside of Norway or countries we´re shipping to, just send an email or contact via DM on Instagram and we will find a solution.
Return:
We do not offer returns at this time. Once the order has been confirmed, paid for and finished made, it will not be possible to undo it.
Right of withdrawal:
It will be possible to withdraw the order until it has been paid and finish made. Get in touch by email or via DM on Instagram.
Repairs If you order our handmade clothes, we offer repairs.:
The clothes should last as long as possible. We offer free repairs in exchange for the buyer paying shipping. The possibility of repairing silkysmooth varies depending on how much damage you have caused to your product.
